• Strategic Communication Planning & Advisory: Develop and execute a 360° communication strategy to strengthen B&R’s positioning, covering thought leadership, executive speaking engagements, internal change communication, and media relations. Align closely with ABB’s broader communications strategy to ensure message consistency and impact. Oversee crisis communication planning and response at a global level.

• Customer-Centric Communication & Content Creation: Work closely with Marketing & Sales to implement targeted communication initiatives across digital channels, trade shows, and press & PR. Develop localized content while ensuring high-profile media placements across print, broadcast, and online media. Create and distribute press releases, speeches for senior executives, and content that enhances brand reputation. Plan and execute global and regional press events, including digital, hybrid, and in-person formats.
